As Director of Digital Enterprise at Siemens Canada, Shalabh Bakshi is responsible for supporting Canadian C-Suite to realize their "Digital Enterprise" with roadmaps and technological solutions, that will drive digital transformation within their organizations. He sets the strategic direction and manages business development, marketing, integration, and solution delivery enabling product portfolios of software, automation, and engineered solutions from Siemens.

He is also an established Technology Thought Leader thriving on engineering excellence and technology integrations in areas such as digital twins, AI, cybersecurity, cloud and big data, and advanced automation. Shalabh's background is a mix of technology consulting and strategy/business transformation, business development, and technology leadership. Since joining Siemens in 2012, he has held many leadership positions including, Business Head, Digitalization Consulting in the ASEAN region.

Shalabh holds a master's degree in international business from University of Birmingham, UK. He spends his free time mentoring youngsters on strategy and tech projects.
